Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with Smarter Smokes. We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed.

Payment Details
Smarter Smokes accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Switch, Maestro and Delta. All product prices and delivery charges are shown in UK pounds sterling. We do not store your payment details on this website or offline. Payments are processed in real-time at the time of the order. Payments are processed via a secure 3rd party payment provider and we have no access to your card details.
Delivery
Small packages and parcels will be sent by 1st class Royal Mail and signed for in the case of orders of a value of over £40. All orders will be dispatched asap, most of these being dispatched within 24 hours of purchase and a high percentage dispatched the same day. The services of Royal Mail are only guaranteed to run correctly during week days, so bare this in mind when ordering. If you order at the latter end of the week, they may turn up the following week.
Compensation for lost items & damages in transit
Compensation for loss will not be considered for an item that Royal Mail has not delivered or attempted to deliver until after 15 working days. After 15 working days we can offer a refund or replacement of any lost items. Refunds or replacements will be forwarded after 15 working days. Claims for damages to goods in transit will require the customer to provide photo evidence of the damages to both the packaging and the goods before we can process your claim. A refund or replacement of goods will be made on receipt of photographic evidence.
Refunds, Returns & Warranty
With all purchases we provide a 14-day exchange policy, where if the products are faulty we will exchange them (except for cartomizers, atomizers, clearomizers etc see below for more details). After you request a refund all goods must be returned by post at your expense and you must take care to ensure that they are returned in as good as new condition. Upon receipt and satisfactory examination, will refund to you any reasonable return postage costs.
Please note that we do not accept any E-Liquid returns for hygiene reasons.

You have to be over 18 to purchase from this website, please do not attempt to purchase from this site if you are younger than the legal age, or purchasing for someone under the age of 18 years old. If you decide to purchase from SmarterSmokes.com you give full permission for Smarter Smokes to carry out an age verification check in accordance with the law.

- It is illegal to purchase tobacco, e-cigarettes or e-liquid for, or on behalf of a person aged under 18.
- The above offences carry a £2,500 fine in a Magistrates’ Court.
